How far in advance should I book?
While we can accommodate last-minute bookings, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times. For airport pickups and special events, booking 2-3 days ahead is ideal.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any charges. Changes or cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a fee. Contact our customer service team to make changes to your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash payments to the driver, mobile payment apps, and corporate account billing. You can pay in advance during booking or pay the driver directly.
How do I track my taxi?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email before your scheduled pickup time. This link allows you to see your driver's location in real-time as they approach your pickup location. You'll also receive notifications when your driver is on the way and has arrived.
